通過亞利桑那房仲考試, 開始以房仲資格執業後, 每2年都需要修習24小時的持續教育(Continuing Education)課程, 才能更新證照. 這個要求是確保持有執照的房地產代理人能夠及時了解行業趨勢、法律和最佳實踐, 而且是由亞利桑那州房地產部門（ADRE）規定. 一直以來這24小時的必修+選修課程的要求都沒有變更, 然而2024年7月12日, 亞利桑那州房地產部門（ADRE）宣布, 在2025年1月1日或之後申請更新房地產執照資格的人, 必須完成以下每個領域, 涉及房地產社群中的當前問題, 各1小時的持續教育：
Firewise – 防火意識（一個關於火災安全和預防的倡議計畫）
Deed Fraud – 不動產契約詐欺（指涉及不動產標題或契約的欺詐行為）
Arizona Water – 亞利桑那州水資源
沒有額外增加時數, 總時數24小時沒變, 只是當中的6小時選修課程, 3小時內容被指定了
根據2024年7月12日的亞利桑那州房地產部門（ADRE）宣布文中, 這3門新課程是歸類於一般房地產課程:
The courses meeting this requirement are listed under the General Real Estate Category and the requirement is not adding to the hours required. Instead, the requirement is specifying that of the current 24 or 30 hours required, 1 hour must be on Firewise, 1 hour must be on Deed Fraud and 1 hour must be on Arizona Water.
配合ADRE網頁上FAQ裡面對Continuing Education說明, 照下方表格的Plus Additional Elective Categories註記看來, 就是原本隨你選的6小時課程, 當中的3小時被指定了.
Such as other courses in any of the above Mandatory Categories that are not identical
to courses that will be used to fulfill the Mandatory Categories or courses in the
General Real Estate Category or any combination.

3小時的新指定課程, 在整體上時數雖然不變, 但是分成各1小時上也頗需心力個別完成..課程內容Firewise, Deed Fraud, Arizona Water跟長住在亞利桑那的我們有非常切身的關係, 非常期待之後的上課內容, 也希望能及時地運用在實務上.
